Selftape Instructions: Healthcare

SHOOT DATES: Thu 8/20 + Fri 8/21 (1-2 days, TBD) | FITTING: Wed 8/19 | Portland, OR

Please do not submit if you are not available on all of the shoot dates listed. Partial conflicts on the fitting date/callback date are fine as long as you have some availability during business hours.

AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the directions for your role below:

  • Please prepare the following videos/photos for your audition:

    Headshot Color photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.

    Intro Video Standing. Waist Up. Horizontal/Landscape Mode. Speaking to camera, please answer the following prompt:

    • Tell us about your experience as a musician. What instruments can you play? Have you played in any bands? What is your history with performing/playing with others?

    Skill Video Video of you playing your instrument (performance footage from a show is ideal, if available!)

    (3-5) Photos Casual photos of you from your modeling portfolio/social media. Please include at least 1 full-body photo.

  • Please prepare the following videos/photos for your audition:

    Headshot Color photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.

    Intro Video Standing. Waist Up. Horizontal/Landscape Mode. Speaking to camera, please answer the following prompt:

    • How often do you run and for how many total miles/week? What is your general fitness/strength training routine? Can you do a pull up? If so, how many?

    Skill Video Video of you running (full body so we can see your running form)

    (optional) Additional Video Video of you strength training (especially pull ups) if available.

    (3-5) Photos A mix of running photos + casual photos of you from your modeling portfolio/social media. Please include at least 1 full-body photo.

  • Please prepare the following videos/photos for your audition:

    • Tell us about your hobbies! Please include art/crafts, and any volunteering that you do.

    (3-5) Photos Casual photos of you from your modeling portfolio/social media. Please include at least 1 full-body photo.

  • Please prepare the following videos/photos for your audition:

    • Tell us about your hobbies! Please include art/crafts (including ceramics if applicable), and any volunteering that you do.

  • People who submit as extras will automatically considered for prinicpal roles.

    (3-5) Photos Casual photos of you from your modeling portfolio/social media. Please include at least 1 full-body photo.

GENERAL GUIDELINES (Please Review)

  • BACKDROP: Please choose a neutral background in a light color. It doesn’t have to be a professional backdrop (a wall is fine), but it should be free of clutter. Please avoid green + blue screens. Grey or white are best.

  • SLATE: We do not need a slate for this project. Please do not slate (i.e say your name/agency/etc) at the beginning of your takes.

  • WARDROBE/HAIR/MAKEUP: Simple everyday basics. No hats. No glasses (if possible.) Makeup should be light/natural, if any. Stryled daytime hairstyle. Please do not wear stripes, neon colors, branded/copyrighted artwork, or busy patterns.

  • VIDEO EDITING: None. Record separate clips for each take. Do not add any text to the videos. Do not add a title card. Do not combine clips into a single video. Recording on your cell phone is great.

Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
