AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS

We will need the following photos + videos for your audition.

  • Headshot Color Photo. No hats, sunglasses, or filters. This does not have to be a professional photo. Any recent, nice quality photo.

  • (2-3) Videos Framing should be medium (waist up) and you should deliver lines directly to camera.

    • Wardrobe: For the videos, please wear an outfit that expresses your personal sense of style (no hats or sunglasses.) Makeup should be light/natural (if any.) If you authentically rock a goth/punk look, please wear that for the video (we’re looking for a wide range of looks so please dress as your authentic self.)

    • Video 1: Deliver Script #1 to camera

    • Video 2: Intro. 1-2 minute video, please answer the following prompts:

      • Sports: Tell us about your experience playing sports (especially soccer, if you’ve played.) What sports have you played, how many years have you played, what’s your position, etc. Please include why you love to play.

      • Style: Tell us about your personal sense of style. How would you describe your typical look? What are your favorite pieces right now?

    • Video 3 (optional, if you have time) Deliver Script #2 to camera

  • (4-6) Photos

    • Sports Photos 2-3 Photos of you playing sports (especially soccer.)

    • Style Photos 2-3 photos showing off your personal style (recent outfits, modeling portfolio, etc.)

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • BACKDROP: Please choose a neutral background in a light color. It doesn’t have to be a professional backdrop (a wall is fine), but it should be free of clutter. Please avoid green + blue screens. Grey or white are best.

  • VIDEO EDITING: None. Record separate clips for each take. Do not add any text to the videos. Do not add a title card. Do not combine clips into a single video. Recording on your cell phone is great.
