AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS

For your audition we will need the following photos:

  • Headshot Recent/color photo (no hats/sunglasses). This does not have to be a professional shot if you’re not an actor/model.

  • Selfie Recent photo showing your current hairstyle

  • 3-5 Additional Photos

    • Photos from your acting/modeling portfolio, if available. If you don’t have professional experience, any recent photos of you.

    • Please include 1 full body photo

PROJECT INFORMATION

ADVERTISER: Travel Oregon

TYPE: Video commercial (with possible non-union stills component separately)

UNION STATUS: SAG-AFTRA (non-union talent are welcome to submit for consideration)

SHOOT LOCATION: Amity, Oregon (Portland area)

SHOOT DATES: Tue 7/21

PAY IF HIRED:

  • $466.60/8hrs (SAG scale for extras under the Standard Commercials Contract.)

  • Additional pay up to $600 +10% may be available if you are included in the separate stills photoshoot (per client discretion, not guaranteed.)

Portland local hires only. No mileage/lodging reimbursement available.

Talent agents: +10% available on all listed rates.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+, live in OR/WA and be legally eligible to work in the US. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. If selected, you will be required to sign an NDA at booking (click to review.) Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.

  • For photo-only projects: All talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.

    For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.

    For non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.

    For SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but must be cleared to work by SAG if hired. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past.)

    If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.
