Selftape Instructions: Whoop

SHOOT DATES: Sun 11/20, Mon 12/1, or Tue 12/2 (1 day, TBD)

INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the directions for your role below:

REAL COLD PLUNGER

To apply for this role, you must have real experience cold plunging and/or cold water swimming, and be a confident swimmer. Photos/videos can be from indoor and/or outdoor settings.

(1) Headshot Color photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.

(1) Full Body Photo wearing a swimsuit if possible.

(3-5) Photos If available, photos of you cold plunging and/or open water swimming. If not, any recent photos of you are fine. If you’re a model, photos from your fitness modeling portfolio preferred if available).

Optional (1-2 Videos) Videos of you cold plunging and/or open water swimming.

FITNESS MODEL

(1) Headshot Color photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.

(1) Full Body Photo wearing workout clothes.

(3-5) Photos If available, photos of you strength training and/or doing yoga. Otherwise, photos from your fitness modeling portfolio.

Optional but encouraged if available (1-2 Videos) Videos of you strength training and/or doing yoga.

NEXT STEPS: If you are selected for further consideration, we will reach out to you with the next steps. Please do not clear your schedule and assume you are not needed unless you hear from us.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
