WHO WE NEED
We need athletes and active kids for a photoshoot for Adidas. We’re looking for:
Runners 18+ | People who run regularly for general fitness. Modeling experience is a bonus but not required.
Strength Training 18+ | People who do regular strength training and/or weightlifting Modeling experience is a bonus but not required.
Soccer 18+ | People who play soccer at an intermediate level or above. Modeling experience is a bonus but not required.
Basketball 18+ | People who play basketball at an intermediate level or above. Modeling experience is a bonus but not required.
Active Kids | Kids who love to stay active, especially kids who enjoy soccer. Modeling experience is a bonus but not required.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.
PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Adidas
TYPE: Stills (plus minimal video component)
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR area
We are only considering talent who reside in Oregon/Washington and would not need to fly in for the shoot.
SHOOT DATES:
SHOOT: Wed 4/24 + Thu 4/25 (1-2 days, TBD). All day, must be completely flexible.
FITTING: Mon 4/22 or Tue 4/23 (TBD). 1-2 hours during business hours, TBD
Please only apply if you can be flexible enough to clear the entire day/evening for any of the shoot date(s) listed, as requested. Do not apply if you will be out of town or if you have immovable conflicts. Please do not clear your schedule after applying, we will request that you hold the dates if/when you are selected. Partial conflicts on the callback and/or fitting dates are fine as long as you have some availability during business hours.
PAY IF HIRED: $2000 for 1 day of work. Additional $500 for a second shoot day, if needed. Additional $75 for a 1-2 hour wardrobe fitting before the shoot date.
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
No mileage/lodging reimbursement available, all talent must work as locals to Portland. Open to OR/WA based talent willing to work as locals.
Talent agents: + 20% available on all listed rates.
USAGE TERMS: 2 years online/social. Archival and PR rights in perpetuity.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+ for adult roles, live in OR/WA, and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

COVID19 CONSIDERATIONS: No vaccination or testing requirements. COVID policies are determined by the production company, who is the official employer.

For photo only projects: all talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.
For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
Non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.
SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but must be cleared to work by SAG if hired. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past)
If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
