WHO WE NEED

We need seniors, adults, and families for a photoshoot for The Springs Living retirement community in Portland, Oregon and Bozeman, Montana. We’re looking for:

  • Seniors | Individuals age 55+

  • Senior Couples | Real couples with both partners age 50+

  • Families w/Kids | Families with kids + parents and/or grandparents. Groups should have at least 1 adult and 1 kid under 18 (larger groups welcome).

  • Adults w/ Senior Parents | Groups of adults age 18+ with parents/family age 55+. Groups should have at least 1 adult and 1 senior (larger groups welcome).

  • Adults | People age 18-54 interested in portraying support staff in senior living facilities.

  • Small Dogs | Dogs under 40lbs (all breeds) who are friendly and well-trained (no acting experience necessary).

No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR and Bozeman, MT

SHOOT DATES:

  • Portland: Tue 9/16, Thu 9/18, Tue 9/30 (1 day, TBD) please submit if you are fully available at least one of these days.

  • Bozeman: Wed 9/24 please only submit if you can be available on this date.

PAY IF HIRED: $800-$1000 for 1 day of work.

  • Adults: $1,000/day

  • Kids (under 18): $800/day

  • Dogs: $300/day for dogs cast separately from models. Or additional $150/day for models asked to bring their own dogs to set.

Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.

Mileage/lodging reimbursement available for talent who live more than 100 miles from the shooting location. We will not book talent who need to fly in for the shoot.

Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates.

USAGE TERMS: All usage in perpetuity.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must live in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, or Wyoming and be legally eligible to work in the US. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

People of all identities (races, sizes, physical abilities, genders, sexualities, religions, ethnicities, countries of origin, and more) who fall within the given parameters are welcome and encouraged to apply. We are committed to representing authentic diversity across all projects.

  • For photo-only projects: All talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.

    For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.

    For non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.

    For SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but must be cleared to work by SAG if hired. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past.)

    If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
