WHO WE NEED
We’re looking for Multigenerational Families and Groups of Women for a video shoot for the Washington State Tourism Alliance. We’re looking for:
Multigenerational Family | Families with at least one grandparent, one parent, and one kid under 18 (bigger groups are welcome!). We’re looking for fun and adventurous families that enjoy hiking and road trips together.
Groups of Women 18+ | Groups of 3-4 women who are close friends and/or family. We need groups who have authentic connections and shared memories, especially of taking trips together.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.

Stills only projects: all talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.
For video projects, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
Non-union projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.
SAG projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but if hired must be cleared to work by SAG. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues, and non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work.
If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.
UNION STATUS: Non-union
SHOOT DATES + LOCATIONS:
Groups of Women: Mon 8/14 - Fri 8/18 in Yakima, WA (3 days, TBD)
Families: Mon 9/18 - Fri 9/29 in White Salmon, WA (3 days, TBD)
Please only apply if you can be flexible enough to clear 3 days (plus travel time) anytime within the range listed. Do not apply if you will be out of town or if you have immovable conflicts. Please do not clear your schedule after applying, we will request you hold the dates if you are selected.
We are only considering talent who are based in Oregon/Washington and would not need to fly in for the shoot.
PAY IF HIRED:
$1000/day per person for 3 days - $3000 total per person for the shoot
Travel: Production will provide any mileage reimbursement and/or lodging that is needed.
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
USAGE TERMS: Unlimited in perpetuity
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be a resident of OR/WA and be legally eligible to work in the US. Must comply with all COVID19 protocols If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

NEXT STEPS: If you are selected for further consideration, we will reach out to you with the next steps. Please note that if you are not selected, you may not receive a notice. We do our best to inform talent who are not selected, but this often happens very close to (or after) the listed shoot dates. Please do not clear your schedule unless requested, and assume you are not needed unless you hear from us.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
