WHO WE NEED
We need #Wahooligans for a video/photo shoot for Wahoo Fitness. We’re looking for
Cyclists, Runners, and Triathletes | People age 18+ who train regularly in one or more of these sports and are interested in showing off their home + training routine.
We need people who live in Oregon or Washington (Portland, Seattle, Bend, etc.) In order to be booked, your home must be available as a location for the shoot, as we will be filming athletes in their real homes/spaces. It’s okay if you don’t currently have a home gym and/or Wahoo equipment.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.
PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Wahoo Fitness
TYPE: Video + Stills
UNION STATUS: Non-Union
SHOOT LOCATION: Portland, OR
SHOOT DATES: Mon 7/20-Fri 7/31 (2 days, TBD)
PAY IF HIRED: $3,000 for 2 days of work, plus an additional $500 fee for your location if used.
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser as outlined in the usage terms below.
No mileage/lodging reimbursement available, all talent must work as locals to Portland.
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rates.
USAGE TERMS: 3 years global unlimited, including video - no broadcast. Plus print ad cycling insertions. Usage from first date of use. Usage is perpetual for client's internal usage and archival purposes (e.g., perpetual use where originally published.)
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+, live in OR/WA and be legally eligible to work in the US. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.

For photo-only projects: All talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.
For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
For non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.
For SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but must be cleared to work by SAG if hired. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past.)
If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
