WHO WE NEED
We need runners and extras for a photoshoot for a major running brand. We’re looking for:
Runners | Intermediate, advanced, and elite runners age 18+ across all identities. Experience with road running and good running form required.
Extras | People age 18-70 who feel comfortable on camera. All identities welcome.
No professional acting/modeling experience is needed to apply. You should feel comfortable on camera and be good at taking direction.
PROJECT INFORMATION
ADVERTISER: Major Running Brand (client name will be disclosed before booking if you are offered a role)
TYPE: Video + stills
UNION STATUS: Non-union
SHOOT LOCATION: New York, NY
SHOOT DATES: Please only submit if you are available for the majority of shoot dates listed.
Shoot: Thu 5/28 - Wed 6/3 (1 day, TBD)
Fitting: Wed 5/27 or Tue 6/2 (depending on shoot date, not all roles require fittings)
PAY IF HIRED:
Runners
RATE: $2,000/day
FITTING: $150
Additional pay of $1,000-2,000 may be available if client decides to expand the usage terms (to be decided after the shoot, not guaranteed).
Extras
$500/8hrs (includes session + use.) No fitting needed.
Additional $300 if you are selected as a featured extra (per client’s discretion)
Pay includes your hours worked and the use of your image by the advertiser, as outlined in the usage terms below.
No mileage/lodging reimbursement available, all talent must work as locals to NYC.
Talent agents: +20% available on all listed rate
USAGE TERMS: 2 years worldwide photo/video (excluding broadcast)
HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18+, live in the NYC area, and be legally eligible to work in the US. If you have a talent agent, it is mandatory to list your agency on your application.
People of all identities (races, sizes, physical abilities, genders, sexualities, religions, ethnicities, countries of origin, and more) who fall within the given parameters are welcome and encouraged to apply. We are committed to representing authentic diversity across all projects.

For photo-only projects: All talent are welcome to submit, regardless of union status.
For projects with video, the project will be listed as either SAG-AFTRA or Non-Union.
For non-union video projects: Non-union and Fi-Core talent are eligible (SAG talent should not apply.) Casting does not verify talent’s union status with SAG.
For SAG video projects: All talent are eligible to submit, but must be cleared to work by SAG if hired. This means that before shooting, SAG members may need to resolve unpaid dues. Non-union talent may be required to join the union in order to work (if they have worked on SAG projects in the past.)
If you do not know what this means, you are most likely non-union and can apply to any project.
HOW TO APPLY

Extras, please submit the following materials to the link below:
(1) Headshot Color photo, no filters. No hats/sunglasses. This does not have to be a professional headshot.
(3-5) Additional Photos of you including at least one full body photo.
Optional (1-2) Dog Photos If you have a well-behaved dog available for the shoot, include their photo!
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: By applying for this project, you agree not to mention your involvement in the project, nor disclose to outside parties any details regarding the advertiser, product, or shoot that may be shared during the casting process. Violation of the NDA may result in termination and/or legal action.
OUR PARTNERS: We recognize the brands we work with may not have a perfect history in terms of media representation or other social issues. We are partnering with them in hopes of moving in a thoughtful + conscientious direction.
